Pat and Adam Campbell
first and second generation winemakers
Elk Cove Vineyards 1975

The year is 1977 and the first grapes of harvest are rolling in at what was then a two-person operation called Elk Cove Vineyards. Pat and Joe Campbell have indeed seen their dreams grow. Their dreams — now becoming their son Adam Campbell’s dreams — have expanded even further under Adam's guidance and direction.

To commemorate this journey, Elk Cove Vineyards is celebrating 30 vintages with this Gala Dinner Event!

Nick’s Italian Café opened that same year, and we are honored to have this wine country institution as the highlight of our evening. Second generation winemaker, Adam Campbell and his parents Pat & Joe, are pleased to showcase the cooking talents of Nick's second generation chef Carmen Peirano. Carmen, Eric Ferguson and Carmen’s dad, Nick Peirano will be preparing our five course dinner.
